Advice for Trail Runners: The Nike Women's Ultrafly Trail Racing Shoes provide responsive cushioning and a propulsive feel. These high-performance trail racing shoes are designed with faster times in mind.

Underfoot Feel

A carbon Flyplate is layered between ZoomX foam and a knit fabric-wrapped midsole. This construction will deliver significant amounts of energy return - resulting in a springy feel.

One of the key features of the Ultrafly is the outsole which is made with Vibram Megagrip featuring Vibram Litebase and Traction Lug Technologies. The lightweight and durable outsole provides excellent grip on climbs and decents - even in wet conditions.

The Ultrafly is also designed to provide support and optimal stability on trail terrain. The heel-to-toe rocker should provide a smooth transition as you progress through the various stages of the gait cycle.

Upper Fit

Nike's Vaporweave mesh on the upper provides breathability. The upper should also provide support where it is needed.

Ideal Run Type

The Nike Women's Ultrafly Trail Racing Shoes are best for racing on the trails. Ideal for when performance matters.

Technical Features

  • Approximate weight: 249 grams (based on a women's U.S. size 8)
  • Drop: 8.5 mm

Sizing Advice

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).

This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
